Crazy how he looks skinny but still weighs 240.
He’s 6’4” and muscle is more dense than fat.

That said. I never knew he was a wrestler. I never was into wrestling. Know some big names tho

That just an indicator on how much success he has in Hollywood. He was a good wrestler too, not someone on the lower card. Main event wrestler.:ehh:

Keeping that much mass as you get older isn’t good idea.

The Rock needs to chill out too. Your too old to be trying to maintain that physique
If and I mean if The Rock is on the juice he can get off and just lift still...James Harrison is still big as fukk too. You can be old and swole...Serge Nurbert (sp) was jacked until he died

That body builder physique was never good for long term health or sustainable at advance ages.
a slimmer cut build, something you could maintain with just cardio, and light resistance training is better.
All these mr Olympia types age like milk
Juice does that. True Natty Bodybuilders don't age bad at all

I'm not coming at anyone. I'm just stating the facts. You cant sit there and say "there's nothing wrong with drinking milk" when some people can have 1 glass of milk then shyt their pants because they're lactose intolerant.

I personally abstain from milk because I learned 2 decades ago how my body reacts and it's not "that's just what happens when you drink milk :yeshrug: "

I fukked around probably 3 weeks ago. Had no shirt on, was in the kitchen thought shyt was sweet said "fukk it I'ma have a slice of cheese " ate one slice. Within 20 seconds my stomach bloated. One big ass bubble right under the bottom of my rib cage, diaphragm area 3 inches above the belly button. It took a little over 1 hour for it to go away.

That's not fukking normal. The bloating, bubbling, burning, cramping.

"That's just what happens when you eat cheese, it's good for you!". No, it's not.

Imagine telling someone with a peanut allergy or a shellfish allergy "nuts are good for you, healthy source of fat, fiber, protein. Ahhh don't worry about it crab is fine. You don't have to douse it in salt or drench it in butter. It's very lean, excellent protein."

Dave Bautista is addressing his weight loss amid health concerns raised by fans.
The Knock at the Cabin actor said in a recent interview that his initial weight gain was initially for the M. Night Shyamalan psychological horror film.
“I started trimming down for a particular reason. One, I started trimming down because I just got fat,” Bautista said in an interview with social media personality Chris Van Vliet that he shared on TikTok. “I got really big for a role and it was uncomfortably big… Knock at the Cabin… I got really big. I was like around 315 pounds and I put the weight on really fast.”

“Looking back at it, I probably over did it,” Bautista said. “I was probably a little too big, but at the time, I was just thinking, I gotta get big. And I put on an uncomfortable amount of weight, and it took me forever to shed it off.”
Bautista said that when he started losing weight, “I noticed the more I trimmed down, the better I felt. And I also noticed the more I trimmed down, the better I looked on camera, the better I look next to other actors.”
“People say, ‘God, you’re skinny,'” he continued. “I’ve even seen online, some people worried about my health. And when I say it out loud, ‘I’m 6’4″ 240 pounds,’ which sounds like I’m a big person. People have seen me so much bigger over the years that they think I’m like anorexic, but I’m still just a large human being next to your typical actor. It looks like a gorilla and it’s distracting.”
Bautista said he is still working on losing “a few more pounds” and “training hard” to do so, restricting his caloric intake.
