Eggs and chicken are perfectly healthy for you

They may be pretty healthy for YOU. But you aren't representative of every one in the world. There are plenty of people who have allergies to one or both.

I agree that they are among some of the healthier foods a person can consume and I don't judge anyone who chooses to consume them but I also respect those who either can't or choose not to consume one or both of those foods.

If I were him at 55 years old, I’d have slimmed down significantly as well, while completely transitioning away from muscle head movie roles.

I never did roids or even creatine but in my 20s I was heavy in the gym; 10% body fat, benching reps of 375, deadlifting 405, running 4 miles ever other day. Carnivorous diet too.

I’m in my late 30s now and long since gave up that pace. If it’s not tied to making money (athlete, action star, fitness trainer) there’s no point going that hard in your 40s and 50s.

Rock's whole thing is being in a suit or tank top

He's never coming off the juice

I’ve noticed that Cena (with the comedic roles) and Bautista (dabbling in more dramas) have been rebranding themselves away from the muscle head niche slowly but surely last few years.

Whereas Rock’s whole niche/brand as the muscle head, may become a double-edge sword.
