People hate the guy now because amongst other things he promotes a plant based eating life. He came to terms with his lactose intolerance and cut out milk like 20 years ago. Stopped eating red meat after (inflammation), only ate chicken and eggs, fish and vegetables, stopped eating chicken and eggs. And amongst other things people are mad because they swear you can only live on milk and meats. Anything else is unamerican
