Georgia and Alabama are 2 of the 4 best teams in cfb. Ohio State cant even argue after what happened last yr. They got in over a conference champ that beat them. and nobody outside of Pennsylvania complained. Bama loss to a hot team on the road. Georgia got beat worse than Bama did by Auburn, at Auburn. On a neutral field, different story. As would be a Bama/Aub rematch.

55-24 vs fukkin Iowa. How can u even play for a conference championship after that.

And had Georgia been in a division with Bama and Auburn, they dont get that rematch in the sec title gm.

I hate Alabama and I think the SEC usually overrated, but 'bama clearly deserves to be the 4th team in this situation.

More proof, though, that the current system is inadequate. It's too easy for the arguably best team in the country to fall to a #5 ranking on random shyt.

But you want to avoid an 8-team playoff (which is the most you'd ever need to capture anyone with a true claim at #1), then they need to fix the OOC scheduling. It's just stupid when teams play 3 OOC teams that suck and they know are automatic wins. If you forced BCS teams to play other BCS teams in their OOC matchups, then you would get a lot better idea of who deserves to be there and who doesn't. More teams would take L's so there wouldn't be so many stacked at the top of rankings, and conference strength would become indisputable.

Make this rule. You must play 12 BCS teams each year. 11 of those games must be against a Power-5 conference. You do that, and there will be a lot fewer questions over who deserves that shyt and who doesn't.
