My grandpops had a Doberman. His name was Mr. G all us grandkids were scared as hell of him (i barely remember him cause I was so young)
Then he got a rott. He taught me not to be scared of dogs. Giving a hungry rott a treat and feeling his jaw power take some courage :wow:
Whenever I get a house with a yard I'm getting a Doberman and naming him G2 :blessed:

Dapped + Repped.

Respect my G :myman:

I tell people pitbulls are the beginner level, badman dog. Eventually you graduate.

I have dobermans now, and will getting a German Shepard or Belgium malignois next.

had a GSD and a Mali, def great dogs. If you don’t know, a Mali is another level, expect to put in hella work to keep them tired/content or else they’ll fukk evvvverything in your house up

Had a rotweller and 2 german shepherds.
Them german shepherd were smart as fukk.
One of em felix I swear to God was a human trapped in dogs body.

:ohhh: I said the same shyt, my guy def was a human in a former life. He aint even look at the world the same as my other dogs, I loved his personality

For a possible first-time dog owner, which would y’all recommend the most? A Rottie, Doberman, or German Shepard?
If you’ve never owned a dog, neither. That’s like wanting a hypercar when you first learned how to drive. All 3 require an experienced owner or if not, someone who has paid good money for them to be heavily trained.

Myself. fukk 12(1)!
It's obvious that some people need to do more research on the general temperament of various dog breeds. People underestimate the sheer amount of training some of these breeds require.

My stepdad bred Rottweilers for decades; he wouldn't even sell them until he did a bit of training/socialization with them first, and he crafted a continuous training plan with potential owners so that they could continue training.

I dont think I've ever seen a black person with a doberman. I wonder why that is. :ohhh:

I always wanted a rottweiler. My cousin had one named polo. That big goofy ass dog was strong as fukk. We went to chill by a friend's house so we tied him up to 3 cinder blocks in the yard. We look up and he galloping up and down the street dragging the cinder blocks. Friendly dog but so damn goofy. nikka stayed slipping and sliding in the grass :russ:
Used to see more Dobermans and Rotts in the 90s. Now it's all Pitts
