Nope. There's too many and then there's also the very regular occurrence of Champions getting stripped of their titles because the Champion wants to fight a bigger fight than the organization's mandatory (like when Lennox Lewis was stripped of one of his titles because he didn't want to waste his time with John Ruiz).
