It doesn't matter to me 
; it all depends on where exactly I'm shopping at the moment; in some stores, I can easily remember everything I need, and in others, I might forget a few little items.
Sometimes a list isn't needed, especially since I'm able to remember much of what I need at the grocery store in my head.
I will say that shopping with a list helps with budgeting especially if you're the type of person who makes a lot of impulse purchases.
