I ain't tipping ANYONE who makes more than minimum wage unless they're doing some incredibly hard, backbreaking type work or some shyt (maybe a mover or something).

Last time I moved, I used Two Men and a Truck. And I was already established too, moving from one house to another. Couches (a sectional downstairs and a mini section upstairs), big flat screens, beds, dressers, drawers, tables, a bunch of heavy ass boxes i already packed, tv stands, computer desks, etc.
Within a span of about 6 hours, the shyt was out of the old house and into the new one setup how we wanted. I was so impressed, I tipped them 30 bucks each, a 6 packof Yuenglin, and a bag of weed. They were

Thats how I knew they was down with the weed plant 
I tip (way under the usual percentage though) at restaurants, but that was the first time I really felt someone earned extra money than what they were getting from me.
