It really depends on the specific movie or show. I probably watch more TV though, shows like Sopranos and other shows in that style are great for rewatching. Sitcoms are great casual viewing, if I'm watching years apart, theres no way I could remember all the jokes.
Of course there are classic movies that I keep watching, but there are a lot of fast food films these days that are really only designed to get you to the end of the film, not for replay value.

OP picked perhaps the most re-watchable show of all time but there are few if any other series on like that
Meanwhile everyones got their classic movies that they seen damn near 1000x- for me its Jaws, Jurassic Park, Mummy and Mummy Returns and Bram Stoker's Dracula. And there's movies like Apocalypse Now you can re-watch every year and come away with some new take/angle
