Do you think it will ever be ok to talk about Chris Benoit's career again?

I mean what is there to talk about:yeshrug::

  • He was lukewarm promo wise
  • His brains were scrambled cable by the time he got the belt
  • His title reign was forgettable
  • The only memorable match he had besides his match with Angle, involved Kevin Sullivan fighting in a fukking bathroom
  • His reckless ass almost paralyzed Sabu
  • He birthed stupid ass wrestlers that think workrate=the only thing you need to be a superstar
  • Most of the IWC treating him like he was a martyr despite being a demonic piece of shyt
  • Him doing bodily harm to himself when he fukks up a match
:manny: I'm over the BeenWah hype looking back at how stupid he was as a wrestler and a piece of shyt.

Not like he had any classic moments like Austin with the beer truck or Rock/Mankind "This is Your Life". He had great matches in the mechanical sense but he didn't really make any mark as a character

He's in my top 5, never seen a bad Benoit match and he was one of my favorites as a kid. He's also the reason I stopped watching wrestling regularly because that shyt fukked me up as a kid.

I can watch his shyt now as an adult, it just kind of is what it is but like everyone else said, no reason to bring him up or bother talking about him considering what he did and how close it ties to what he did for a living
