Do you think a woman or minority is capable of winning the presidency again? And will it happen in our lifetime? Or does any party that wants to win have to run a white guy?
On one hand, we had Obama, but he was pretty much a once-in-a-lifetime candidate. And even all these years later the backlash against having a black president is still as strong as ever. And of course we've had two MUCH more qualified women lose to DJT. And with current social environment it's pretty easy to label anyone who isn't a white guy with "DEI" accusations.
Of course, this is assuming we even have elections since the Supreme Court pretty much made Trump king.
Still, who knows what'll be going on in another four years, and the social environment can change. Thoughts on this?
