I don’t cook as much but I used to buy those bottled marinates. soon as I got home from grocery store throw individual cuts in a zip lock with some marinade and leave in freezer. Works great with steaks.

The key is having a good cut of steak moreso than anything else. He uses top notch steaks most of the time.Been watching dude for years. He’s definitely running out of gimmick, but his dry age era was cool. All of his experiments taught me less is more when it comes to steaks.
Get your ribeye close to room temp, season with garlic powder and traeger garlic and chili powder rub, grill on both sides until medium rare without poking or pressing the meat.
Perfect steak.
