Jiro Fujita a.k.a. (FJD) is Japanese but he has some excellent African-inspired prints that he designed for some of my favorite musical artists, Nujabes & Uyama Hiroto.
The album artwork on Nujabes projects are what introduced me to his visual style and I've been a fan ever since.
