I always look forward to it.

Bits will deliver and it'll drag like fukk at times but even if the main show is trash, Wrestlemania weekend has become the best lazy weekend of the year. I'll be ready for a snooze by then tbh.

I don't see it as this enormous, larger than life event like I did when I was younger, but I still get excited for it in the days leading up to it. It has nothing to do with the buildup because it's been trash the past few years, but when it's coming up, it usually gives me false optimism.

I still think having it be five hours instead of four has made it drag more than it did before. Making every pay-per-view four hours was the worst thing they could have done. Especially since the last two WrestleManias have felt like they only put in effort for the first half. It all turns to shyt between 9:00 and 10:00.

Match line up seems dull but it is the current roster. I guess this is the new generation haunted by the old generation like superstars such as Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista, Kurt Angle, Shane O Mac, and Rey Mysterio.

It's not the match line up. It's the complete lack of story. On paper I give no fukks about Daniel Bryan vs. Kofi Kingston, and yet that's literally the only match I care about at all from this card, that and Becky's "crowning moment"

The last Wrestlemania that I got hyped for was Mania 31. The spectacle is always fun and it seems like a lot of the media pundits inner fanboy/girl comes out during the week. I think the thing that really surprised me during the John Oliver episode was finding out that it beats out the World Series.
