You know anybody who has caught a body..rather the situation be self defense,retribution,or plain out accidental .. How can you explain how they act out in society and also how do you view the justice system take on it?

I know a couple cats who caught bodies while in the military, and I know a couple of dudes who I was actually kinda tight with that essentially turned out to be serial killers.

Don't go into too much detail...but what was their current mindset like and did you fear being around them?
My grandad did 18 yars for murder when and got out when he was almost 40. You would never know it, cause he acted like a regular grandad, but apparently he was some super thug back in the day. He killed a nikka over some gambling shyt. My cousin who is the same age as me got a double murder he locked up for ( killed his girl and her best friend cause he had beef with her best friends boyfriend and she was talking shyt to him) He was crazy as fukk and it was only a matter of time before hened up getting caught for a body. nikka was nad wreckless with it

Nah, I didn't fear being around them because I didn't actually know until they were already caught. I was uncomfortable around them sometimes because both of them had violent tempers, but it was more of a quiet, calm type of temper. I didn't know they were gunning dudes down and shyt like that though. Them dudes ain't ever going to see the light of day again.
They weren't "serial killers" by American media satandards, just a couple of dudes that caught probably ten total bodies in Black neighborhoods, but if that doesn't fit the description of a serial killer I don't know what does.
Maybe not justifiable but I know a couple cats who caught bodies, they all were able to make fairly smooth transitions back into society, one of them got bopped at 16 and did 21 straight and he wasn't as institutionalized as I expected

no but i knew a dude that got caught up for a situation when he passed off, got caught with the gun at a later date and didn't want to implicate his relative when his prints were also on it, fukked up situation.
some people just need killing. If you're not one of those people, why worry about it? Some killers look like

My cousin- 9 years ago. Drunk driving. Went the wrong way down the highway, killed two state workers. She got 24 years (max). Mayor said they were making an example of her. Some could say she got it really hard (knowing people get a lot less time with similar or less offense), some say she deserves it because she took lives. Hard sentencing hearing to sit through.
Thoughts on the outcome? History- she had no prev record, was 21 for a month.
