Triple H wanted to bleed in the last Taker match at 'mania, but didn't blade, so he tried to get busted open HARD WAY (resulting in 2 unprotected shots to the head with the stairs and one miserable stream of blood running down his eyebrowm barely noticeable). Dude should've bladed imnsho.

I understand their view on chair shots to the head. They're serious about cutting down on concussions and brain damage. Especially after what Benoit did. They need to loosen up on the blood rule though. No HIAC or EC match shouldn't have blood. I understand being against blood just for the sake of having blood, but if the match and/or storyline calls for blood, go for it.
The no blood rule is worse than the no chair shots to he head rule.
Blood adds a lot to the story of the match, you can still have a very violent match without headshots from a chair that endanger the long-term health of these guys.

As far as the chairshots go, hitting a wrestler on the back with a chair should be cool but those unprotected headshots deserve to be banned.
Blood adds a sense of reality and depth in terms of story telling into a match...... I think back to HHH's reign in 2000 when it seemed like every ppv main event he was leaving the ring bloody with the belt. shyt like that made me hate him even more, dude looked like he just got hit by a train and he still has the title.

I agree they shouldbnt do them at house shows or every raw or smack down, but for a ppv every once in awhile they really add to the drama and brutality

I agree with the no chair shots to the head unless shyt GOES DOWN,ie TAKER VS HHH 1,BUT NO BLOOD ,especially in hardcore and cage matches is just taking away from the purpose of these matches and greatly diminishes the dramatic effect and emotional impact!!!!!
