Couldn't agree more. I think a bunch of pretentious fukks got together and all decided IPAs are for "sophisticated" beer drinkers only. I can't imagine anyone actually likes that shyt, it tastes like poison.

I'm a craft beer head.. I do extra cardio for it. But I only drink like 2-3 times a week at the most

I used to drink heavy. Not even good stuff, I was drinking 40s (211s, Hurricanes, King Cobras) everyday. I was losing weight at the beginning of the year but I thought I could get away with drinking.

Now I'm two months back in to this weight loss but I've been sober the whole time. It was hard at first but now I don't even miss it. If I do cheat it's just a soda but that's it. I really believe that if you're trying to accomplish something fitness wise if you remove alcohol it will help keep you focused and increases your chances of remaining consistent. At least that's what I've noticed for myself. The longer you go without drinking the less you miss it.
