Or do you just stop showing up? :smugfavre:

Dont you EVER in your life do this.

Black people need to learn this: NEVER-BURN-BRIDGES

I've had former director i worked under call me and offer me jobs at their new companies with immediate $23K raise. I hated the company i worked with him with a passion and hated my manager like i wanted to kill that woman at times but I kept my cool gave them 3 weeks notices. A year and a half later i was at my current job chilling and dude sent me some bulk email about his new venture. I replied to it and he called me and offered me a job a job at his new company. Had I burned him (no homo) when i quit the previous company i doubt he'd still think highly of me to still want me as part of his staff.

When you're a professional working in an industry you need to understand that all the managers, directors and VPs you work with at one company may end up being your box again at the next.

It's stupid to do that because if your in a real industry all people in that community and industry are kind of intertwined so you'll just mar your reputation...your job will understand if you got a better offer and they can't match it. It's part of business

If your talking about a shift job making 10 dollars an hour then it probably won't affect you as much just be aware if you leave their number on the next job application
