SD has the premiere first then it's Raw, just like the draft.
Coming off losing a Last Man Standing match to someone who can't feel his little toes anymore... and parlaying that into beating up Ricochet is not a worthy rebound.
No one cares about beating Ricochet. It gets you zero points. It is the closest thing to a literal holding pattern you can get while still being on TV and wrestling.
Only way this makes sense is Ricochet winning the IC title and going straight into getting beaten down by Shin to move the story forward without needing to get GUNTHER a second L on his way to the title picture. And... O'Shea ain't the man to beat GUNTHER so none of that works.
What I'm saying is, if Shinsuke ain't throwing knees into spines and sending half the mid-card on vacation, then they're wasting any positives they gave him in the WHC hunt and putting him right back down into dead center of the midcard.
