shyt I do. I just started a new job and everytime I see black folks they always greet me with the nod and a good morning. When they see me they tell me they are happy to see younger brothas trying to do something with themselves.

This is true. I'm in an internship that once I graduate it will put me in a level to be a supervisor in just 5 years. All the men I have come across congratulate and me and give me tips on what I can do better. I have a friend in the program as well and she says that the women be acting salty as hell since they had to wait 15+ years to get where we get in a third of the time.
