That’s a broad term. But to make things simple - Africa has the largest genetic diversity out of any place in the world. So there is a natural occurrence of ALL blood types - especially rare O blood types. It’s a population thing, has nothing to do with race.

Race is not a real thing at all biologically it is a made up concept created by CACS. You need to research what race actually is - it is a SOCIOLOGICAL concept. NOT a biological concept.
