It is journey to the end that matters. If the end is all you got then you had a shytty story to begin with.

I laugh at people who cry about spoilers. even if someone tells you a spoiler, that still doesn't explain context nor explain what led up to that nor does it show the entire execution of that scene. so to me spoilers dont bother me at all. i love reading spoilers, it excites me even more..

nothing wrong with not wanting spoilers but if you're one of those childish fakkits who lose their shyt and get bat shyt aggy about spoilers then off yourself.. its never that deep

Yes I care about spoilers.

I’ve already had certain Avengers Endgame things spoiled off of headlines, but the worst was that stupid fukkin poster in the GOT thread. :beli:

If you ask me the people that are weird & childish are the ones who get off on spoiling stuff for people who don't want to be spoiled...

People should have the right to choose. Unless they give you the go-ahead, I think it's common courtesy to not spoil a movie/show if you know the person you're talking to hasn't seen it. Or in the context of the Coli, if it's specifically stated in the thread not to say anything.

Speaking for myself, it depends on the movie/show. Sometimes when I'm watching I'll get impatient/anxious and read spoilers to see what happens and then I'll keep watching to see how it happens. But other times, I don't want to be spoiled at all. It's my choice as a viewer.

if it's a movie I want to see, fukk yeah I don't want that shyt spoiled. That's why I try not to watch too many trailers or read up on films until I see them.

If it's some bullshyt flick, I'll either read the spoilers myself or wouldn't care if it was spoiled.

Depends on the movie. I had to see Endgame in the first day cause I knew I'd get spoiled.

If it's a comedy or serious drama, I don't really care because those flicks are more about the delivery of the jokes or the acting of the actors.

Def depends. I think I'm on the more liberal side. If it's a movie/show with a huge twists that are the backbones of the story like The Sixth Sense or Game of Thrones, then yes I care. But i don't really care for most shows, and I think people are becoming too sensitive about them. People talking about spoiling the plots to comedies and shyt:mjlol:

a good movie can't be spoiled. Only films with no replay value like the sixth sense. Saw that movie once, never felt a need or desire to watch it again.
But if someone leaked the plot of Sandlot to me as kid, i still would've seen that movie 80 times.

I think people who are not truly cerebral types of movie fans, obsess about spoilers and while maybe that's relevant in a Scream movie or something like The Sixth Sense, most great movies aren't really able to be spoiled, because they aren't constructed on shock value plot twists, when I think of the movies I love the most, it's near impossible to "spoil" them with fairly vague or generalized plot twists. Obviously, if someone gives you a full on detailed run down, it may take some enjoyment out, but usually people are all worked about some fairly minor plot point. "DONT RUIN IT FOR ME"

I only care about it if it's something I actually plan on seeing so most spoilers don't bother me.

This irritates me though. Dudes was on here bringing up Game of Thrones season 8 spoilers in threads that had nothing to do with the show. I stayed out the thread for a reason.

I had a major moment spoiled for me in End Game. It definitely took away from the emotional weight of the conclusion of the movie. I don’t think I would have liked the movie any more or less, but I hate that I didn’t get to experience the fullness of that scene.

It’s no different than if you’re watching a sporting event, and you already know the outcome. You might still enjoy it, but that edge of your seat feeling is gone.
