No because while it's a private business, they benefit indirectly from infrastructure that we all pay taxes for. So if they refuse to serve me because im black, theoretically, i (along with all black people) should be able to get paid back on some of these taxes.

But in reality, i wouldn't want to shop there if that's how they feel.
