I don't know what the future holds either but I know everything we do now affects the future. Who's to say the Coli Archives are not the seeds that plant said future?

I don't deny that they spray shyt out of planes but you'll hav eto be more specific.
CONtrails are just the condensation resulting from flying at a high altitude and expelling fuel.
you do realize then that the pilots of these aircrafts are also spraying their family and friends?
Even still. I mean there are reports of them spraying shyt in San Franciso: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SEASPRAY and St. Louis http://stlouis.cbslocal.com/2012/09...argeted-for-secret-cold-war-chemical-testing/ in the past, but I don't see any evidence of them doing that now.
Plus, spraying it is really ineffective.
Even further, I don't see how its different from CONtrails.
Basically, most conspiracies fall apart because they don't PREDICT anything.
Most of the conspiracies we know of are because we were told after the fact.
Guessing about future conspiracies always and inevitably ends up poorly.

the question is itself flawed.
All of the conspiracies we know of are things confirmed AFTER the fact.
There have only been a handful of things that we guessed about that were later true....like Gary Webb's work on CIA drug trafficking.
But as to say that you believe your speculations is true...well you can't confirm that.
There wouldn't be contrasts to adjectives like smart and strong if we were all equal...dwell on that for a while.

we don't need to know the intended purpose of a "conspiracy" to know or highly suspect we're being misled about the reason or cause of the event .
that said, i agree with others that there are some real conspiracies and then there's the tinfoil brigade.
