Anybody read or own books about religious history?

These youtube videos about serious topics are meant to SUPPLEMENT information about topics. not form the basis for them. I don't think anybody can really get the full benefit of what's being discussed in video without being able to put it in context.

I respect Willie D's evolution and just maturing as a man, but I haven't made up my mind about these youtube "knowledge drop" channels.

True point. I have the Judaism For Dummies book and Jewish Eating haven't read them in a while though. Also, I put off seeing a rabbi for possible conversion
