If you don't do it in your 20s you won't do it, and I say this as someone who doesn't/didn't do 85% of what he was saying. If your 20s is "buckle down and focus" and 30s is "all business", when does fun happen?

as long as you’re healthy mentally and physically you can achieve anything at any age. Not having kids also helps a lot. If I believed life was over cuz I was a junkie early on, I wouldn’t be pursuing a degree in the STEM field right now.

I hear you but I disagree. If our generation if off this label ish why should u only have that energy in your 20s? If u wanna have ice cream or pizza for breakfast at 32 I don't see a problem with it . I like vacations and where I like to go in the state's ain't cheap. I do it for me I don't do 4 the gram.
cuz there are definitely choices and times in life when you will have to focus less on yourself

The type of energy and health you have in your 20s you will never have again. You really need to take advantage of that with creating memorable experiences.

Yeah, most people have too much fun and waste time in their 20s. And most people are struggling to stay above water in their 30s, 40s and 50s.

More times than not - the sooner you start, the better.
Remember, there are people who knew wtf they wanted to do when they were 6-8 years old and went out there and got it done.
You're definitely not screwed if you started late, but most likely not doing as well as you could have been had you started making $100k+ per year at 22 if you had taken things more seriously.
