a basketball coach wearing a tracksuit seems pretty appropriate to me :yeshrug:
low key its a fitting outfit for the situation. Coaches can't be all x's and o's. every now and then you might need to demonstrate something and wearing a suit makes that awkward

Yeah, her outfit isn’t crude, she just has a shapely figure that a lot of black women have, and besides dressing like a 90s rapper, there aren’t many clothes that are going to hide that figure. Moreover, respectability politics when it comes to this - especially when her outfit is occasion appropriate - is crazy considering dress code has often been used to justify or explain harm done to black people (Trayvon Martin one of many) so it’s crazy to see us enforcing/propagating that type of thinking :francis:

I’ve been working in white collar environments for nearly the last 20 years and been around both genders, all different nationalities, and different cultures of people. Her outfit while permissible and not over the top is not very professional for setting she’s in.

Just my opinion based on what I’ve seen.

op didn't ask if it is white collar professional. he asked if it was appropriate. i played sports and all coaches male and female wear athletic and casual type clothings to no outrage so yes this is appropriate based on norms in the trade.

facts, i've always felt that unless you are operating heavy machinery(ie safety reasons) , or the dress code is done specifically for the purpose of removing someones individuality like in the military, its only other practical purpose is for discrimination without violating discrimination laws

Shes a coach it’s a white collar job in my opinion.

Nothing wrong with the athletic apparel at all, she could get her pants a size up and they wouldn’t be skin tight on her butt either.

‘It’s appropriate. She may need to demonstrate something in those pants’

nikka who gives a fukk. How a bytch dress ain't no clear indicator of her personality type and you nikkas get mad at bytches who are visibly out there, while a nikka like me can still treat them with respect and fukk whenever I want, and leave afterwards with no attachment.

nikkas get they rocks off dissing bytches they "feel" "might" be loose, while I treat them bytches good abd got unlimited p*ssy options cause they fukks wit me in that level. Lame nikkas need to learn how to live.
That poster and a few of the other ones in here are obvious incels

still makes more sense than rocking a suit if you're being honest.
Sure! But let’s be clear, THIS is a tracksuit
