At least though…at LEAST in Silk’s case the lead singer was the best singer.

Imagine being one of them background nikkas from 112. I would have broke Slim’s nose.

It kind of worked out for 112. The other members sounded too similar to each other to stand out. Plus their core audience didn’t really give that much of a fukk about slim’s ability. It was like a Male version of Total lol

You may be mistaken. There are a many groups where there's one lead, however 112 isn't one of them. I'll grant that Slim has the most recognizable voice, but they all sing.

I agree that they all get to shine, but I think Slim is definitely the lead.

Lol these are literally my OG partnas. I’m super cool with two of these dudes. I don’t know G that well but everytime I been around him he been cool as hell. He laid back. As much as I’m around my one partner in Silk, I almost never asked him about music. We got other shyt going on. But he talk about it sometimes. One of these nikkas actually just came home like 2 weeks ago. Had did a short lol bid. All of them are cool as fukk but I only know two of them well like that.
