Yeah it's shocking to me that he could put on that much size in 3.5 months.

I didn't consider that he will lose a bit of that when he cuts for the competition. That was a great point by @dtownreppin214

Very impressive.
Man is getting that Tren fabricated from the labs deep in the mountains of Wakands personally constituted by Shuri...

Samson trains very very smart also. His range and control is incredible. Was good to see him with that Sam Sulek dude and he tod him straight up that he was lifting to heavy and has little control over the weight, dont him he needs to bring the weight down. Whether he listened or not I don't know but Samson is that dude right now

Initially he tuned him out. Went back to training like a gargoyle. But now that he's trying to compete, he tightened up his form a lot.

Feels like it's been wide open in bodybuilding now. Not like before.

The Lee Haney era, Dorian Yates era, Ronnie Coleman era. Then I guess you had the Jay Cutler era, even though other guys pushed him a bit. Then the Phil Heath era.

Now it's like anyone can win the Olympia.
Is anyone capable of a 5-7 year run?

I imagine Dauda won't because he's already nearing 40.

A conditioned Samson probably got it on lock until the Prodigy makes the move up.

I like Justin Shier's social media stuff. I just think his technique and tempo for lifting is good.

I only stumbled across his page a few months ago and I guess he did the Olympia in 2023, didn't do great, and took a year off. Hopefully he improved a bit.

Those of you who go to events like the Olympia and Arnold, how is it?

I've never been to a show but from the outside it seems like watching them on video is fine. I wonder what's the draw of going in person. I guess it's easier and worth doing if you live nearby. Not a lot of shows in the NY area.

Money is on Dauda maintaining things if I'm to go on how he says he has changes his training to preserve the body

I haven't done the Olympia or Arnold, i do though, but it is at such an odd time of year. I used to go to the Toronto Pro Show when they had the expo and competition together, then they stopped doimg the expo and do what like the NY Pro does, just the theatre where the contest is and a few booths spread out...... it is cool.. .. very chaotic.... a lot of "puffed out chest energy" if you get what i mean. Which isn't a surprise considering wjat the event is. But that is definitely balanced out with the gratuitous amounts of ass all over amd this was a local show.... i could only imagine the Olympia would be thay experiemce on steroids... :wow:

What did Sam Sulek weigh in that video?

It's funny, that video is a reminder of just how big pro bodybuilders really are. The videos I've seen of Sam talking in his car, he looks jacked as hell. But on that stage he looks....I mean he looks great -- especially compared to those guys, but he looks far away from the pro dudes.

He's young though.

Also, that dude in the video who had to check his blood sugar...man that stinks.
What a pain to have to monitor that.

216 lbs. He won the regional and will compete at the Arnold’s amateur.
