Yeah i look at my boy who's Vietnamese making over $100K and still living at home. I dont know how much is in there but i envy his bank account especially since i know he's not the type to go out to bars and clubs wasting money on nonsense.

In most cultures including my own (Haitian) people are expected to live at home with their parents up until it's time to get married. Dont matter if you're in your 20s and even 30s. Here in America you have 18 y/o who cant wait to move out and get their own place so they can have their "freedom" . Meanwhile you have the parents also praying the fukker would move out from the house because they got plans for the room and wanna fukk in random spots of their empty nest :russ:
Before I even graduated college my parents rearranged and repainted my room and redecorated and shyt...I didn't even mind, I was itching to move out anyway

I miss living with my parents and my siblings. Good time. :mjcry:

I'm tired of living alone :hhh:

Soon, I'll have my own family :blessed:

There is no reason to leave you parent's place if you're not married.

Unless you come from a family of millionnaires, it's dumb to throw money out of the window by paying another rent when you can stay if the family house. You better stack that money and use it for a business, a downpayment for a house or something.

If you want to fukk, go to an hotel or something.

Yep. I would move back but my pop got that bitter old black man disease. Can't be around someone that negative too long, it'd eventually be problems and our relationship is great when we put some distance between us :sadcam:
This lightweight hit me :wow:

Imma generalize but I think african american parents tend to resent and look down on their children when they in the house past 18...also the type of parenting.

Growing up I love my mom but she tends to complain and yell about bullshyt..emotional,verbal abuse..so me and my sister were ready to haul ass away from her as soon as we could.:mjcry:

No. Towards the end of my time living with my parents, we would always be on each other's nerves. But now that I'm not around on a daily basis, our relationship has never been better.

Nah I left at 17 for a reason. My moms is cool, but the environment we live in is not productive at all. That’s where dreams go to die.

No. Better cooked meals, more space, privacy, peace of mind when I moved out. I would have to be down to my VERY last to move back home.
