In DC There is a weird divide between the natives and transplants for sure...best believe it’s not exclusive to cacs either

People just got to stop moving to the city and still having that same ole uppity suburban mentality or whatever back home mentality....this applies to anywhere you relocate to really, I know I’m probably getting the fukk out the city in the next 3-4 years and already have it in my to adjust and survive...some people just cut from a different cloth though..,

Transplants never complain about Seattle. Yeah the overcast can be quite daunting, especially when it's incessant...



But no one dares speak ill of this city. At least, not towards a native, born/raised Seattlite such as yours truly.

Already dread the fact that this place is already over crowded with some intense traffic, pre covid.

Nearly 40 years in this blasted town and I can't even go to down town for a nice dinner without having to drive and look for parking for a half an hour plus.

I gotta say, I’ve been here 9 months and as a transplant, I can understand how transplants ruined this city. Granted I am technically “one of them”, I’m not because I try to recognize and respect the actually make up of cities and their true vibes. I can only imagine how these oblivious ass CACs and Indians came in and fukked up the true essence of the city.

I also identify because I watched and am still watching it happen to DC.
