Out here in my damn drawls
If nothing is real then why would that give love some exclusive disqualification? People that use that argument are just simps who are scared to fall in love.

:yeshrug:

Maybe that disqualification doesn't exist for a lot of people either and they just lie and pretend it does because they don't want to hurt feelings

Soulmates...While its sweet to think that way, I dont believe in them. There are people you just have an amazing connection with, but I dont think in this whole world there is only one person who can make you feel that. Maybe if people realized that things would be easier for some in their relationships.

Some people hang on to people that are no good just because they think they are with the only person who will ever love them unconditionally. Or that this person is a once in a lifetime soulmate so they are going to overlook major disappointments within the relationship. There are other people who will love you just as much or better, its just a matter of when you'll come in contact with them. People are impatient though when it comes to relationships, I notice. They feel alone with themselves so they want others to fill that void...

wtf I am rambling but anyway I think people can go through many loves, honestly. I do believe in love and I think there are many types of love (even in an intimate relationship). I am in love currently and more than content, but who knows what the future of us will bring. :leostare:

Love? Yeah, no doubt.

Soulmates? I think they are made, not born. I.E. you find them, you connect with them so strongly that they become your "soulmate." I think there's someone out there for everyone, but that someone could be anyone.

The only difference between a soulmate and non-soulmate is when you confront a difficult, relationship-challenging obstacle (sans deal-breakers), you and your soulmate will overcome it. You and non-soulmate will not.

No, soulmates aren't real, there are thousands of people that you are incredibly compatible with that would be defined as "soulmates".

If they were real, how fukked would you be if your soulmate was living on the steppe in Mongolia or had already died. Or, like I've read if they were real odds are your soulmate would be living in China or India.

love, for sure

but i try to share this unpopular opinion with my homies cause i have no outlet (i guess i have the coli now)

think about how many people are in this country alone over 300 million, using very rough approximates lets say half are females so about 150 million. let's lowball it bigtime and say out of that 150 million about a hundred thousand are attracted to you, you're attracted to them, and you could probably live a happy life with them. i'm talking people that you get along with, share common interests, and could be reasonably happy with.

people are obsessed with this idea of soulmates and the media will try and ingran it to you, it's nice to believe in a movie story life tale but in reality if you were able to see more of this country or world and meet new people you wouldn't be sweating one girl or one guy serious ever again.because :ohhh: there are interesting people just about everywhere you go

and i'm just talking about this country imagine the whole world :mindblown:

edit if you think 100000 people is a lot, that's only 0.06% so like i said a very lowballed estimate. and for the people happy in their relationships you just found in my opinion one of these wonderful females or males that fit into this estimate. anyway just my two cents :yeshrug:

The Forest Where Hope Died
I wish it was true, but I sold my soul to the devil at age 5..my family were part of the Church of Satan in SF..when I was young they baptized me into the church..I don't want to talk about it or reveal its secrets..,I'm not Satanic anymore ..I stopped attending when I was 13..but I still keep my demon always to the right and never to the left..if I should ever rise I hope to fall back into the devils clutches..and once time stops I'll be at war with peace..that's all I can say

Nah

After a certain age, men and women are just chasing ghosts when it comes to the world of love attraction and relationships.

Edit: Love exists doe, its just not what people think it is. Or what White Mainstream America shoves down our throat. Love is not eternal. It is finite. And it honestly shouldn't even be the core foundation of a modern day relationship. Communication & Understanding >>>>>> LOVE
