It’s diet, ph imbalance, infections, STDs, and poor hygiene. Probiotics help a lot with vaginal health, immunity, and intestinal health, so I take them to cover all three. I do use ph sensitive soap and regularly get waxed down there for sanitary reasons. That and a good diet, helps a lot, but if she has an infection none of that will help. It sounds like she has an infection.
