Do women look better now than they did in the 90s and early 2000s?

Is it just me?

The issue isn't so much about BBLs. It's about obesity and cosmetic surgeries. The number of facial cosmetic surgeries has SKYROCKETED over the past 15 years.

The Kardashians really did a number on women. There's been studies and articles written about "Instagram Face" and this weird "ethnic, but not" style of face with full lips and thin noses that basically only exist on East African women.

So the reason WHY women back then looked so good, because fake t*ts were more than a thing in the 2000's, is the fact that women were not fukkING with their faces like that. So if you liked black women...they LOOKED LIKE black women. If you liked Latinas they looked like Latinas.

BTW, this is also how most women STILL look in the real world. But because our standard of beauty has been warped by IG and TikTok, the "most beautiful women" are more carved up than Anakin Skywalker.

and yet women were slimmer back then
Slim is not the only definition of fit.
I was watching a clip of the George lopez show the other day and there were a ton of comments discussing about how "Hot" and "fine" the actress who played his wife was.

Not saying she was unattractive by any stretch, but never do I recall men or boys going :noah: over her back then like they probably would now.
I was young when the show was on in real time but catching it on syndication as an adult Angie (Marie Constance) was nice.

Way better in the 90 & 2000's:banderas: Part of it is the mystique, women today are over-exposed, nothing is special anymore. Same poses, same angles, same make-up, same surgeries:beli:

I think make-up technology has come a long way as well as the accessibility of makeup/hair tutorials on social media.

One thing ill say is that the beauties of the 90s looked more "pure" for lack of a better word. Today's pretty girls all look like they came off the same conveyor belt.

Somewhere tropic...
They are more glitzed and glamored up oday
Fake bodies too
Back then natural beauty was it
I prefer the natural hairstyles then too
Compared to the flowing wigs and weaves

idk but they’re definitely “celebrated” more nowadays…I turned down a lot of fat women growing up (I’m only thinking of when I was 18+)…there’s one in college I legit should’ve smashed but I had too much pride then lol
Fat women didn’t look down on fat men back then
Now they think they are a celebrity
