One of my favorite bands of the "post-punk" era.

British bands are always better imo

Great band, with a black lead singer....:salute:

Here's a few more :

^ CM Punk trying to ruin this song....

^ These dudes were ahead of their time. You can hear that grunge high/low/high setup in this song.

Yessir...TV on the Radio and the Noisettes are 2 of my faves.

And Mos Def was working on a Bad Brains documentary at one point...don't know what happened to it though?

I was a punk rocker for much of my early twenties--kinda burned out by 23, but still I was about that life.

Here are some of my favorite punk tunes.... Post punk, no wave, and power pop are my favorite genres.

Yoko Ono was doing No Wave before it existed.

Siouxsie and the Banshees was one of my fave bands for a very long time, I still hold a special place for them.

You might be able to tell I like music where women shape their voices into weird sounds.

My fave power pop tunes

one of the dudes in this band I used to know and he was a real douche but damn good power pop.

All the dudes in this band are dead now--they died in a car crash.
