do we agree freeways "what we do" is the greatest moment in rocafella history?

hahahaha, i'm sure they'd argue that selling 5 million off of Vol 2 was a much greater moment for them.

excellent joint tho

it was a great moment for jay-z.

rocafella wasnt poppin like that back then.

why would it be a great moment for them when barely any of them were signed?

dame dash, biggs and jay-z, i'm sure, would tell you that was their greatest moment. seeing that album stay on top of the charts for like 4 weeks and then do 5 million, come on, how can one Freeway song compete with that feeling?

well, it's the best song that's been released on the label ... and probably the best track including any artist from the label.

So, by that standard, it's the greatest moment. Of course, if you ask the stakeholders, I assume their greatest moment involved getting a lot of money.

Hard for me to argue against that ... but, since i didn't see any of that money, the song is my greatest moment in their history.

:comeon:

work with me here.

dame & biggs arent artists. theyre stakeholders, like bul said.

this video was a bigger moment for THE LABEL, its status & legacy. volume 2 was a bigger moment for JAY-Z, and for the pockets of jay, dame & biggs.

im not sure if i can say this is their greatest moment song-wise.

they were beating us over the head with classic joints & videos non-stop.

remember, dipset anthem's video was out at the same dam time(if you really consider it roc). "1 for peedi" was out right beforehand. and man, i remember more electricity surrounding "roc da mic" and the SP movie in the prior winter.

i dont know man.
