It's ok. But they got the best QB and WR corp in the game.
it improved a lot. I wouldnt say they got best WR core at all...in every game there are :shaq2: moments with their WR. they can run routes tho and are smart in general, which is all you need for Arod to make plays.

LOL..Change the protection to what exactly?

max protection, slide the line, call out assignments based on the defense's alignment, call a fukkin audible. anything, but running a play without enough blockers. the o-line may suck, but its obvious vick has no fukkin clue how to read a defense.

that math is off too...if you have 5 ava blockers that makes it 5 eligible receivers. if they send 7 that means one guy is uncovered :aicmon:

right, because no team has ever sent 6 or 7 pass rushers and played a zone behind the blitz :rudy:

sending 7 pass rushers when there are 5 receivers is pretty uncommon.

with that said, that is where checkdown/hot read comes into play. Ive seen vick do that before, but youre right-hes not the best when doing that. andy reid's offense usually features such outlets tho :manny:

yeah, you rarely see it because its suicide, but when you're playing a qb who has shown he sucks at recognizing it, you're more apt to take that chance early and often.

The Raiders o-line in 2009 when :jawalrus: was there was pretty bad. Cable was trying to bench him, especially when the fans turned on him, but the other QB's couldn't take the hits. Gradkowski got hurt in 2 different games, Charlie Frye got hurt, JP Losman only played 1 play and got hurt.

The Chargers line is pretty bad this year. As a Raider fan it's fun to watch Rivers cry every game. :heh:
