Since we won't be competing with immigrants for labor jobs will we now have to compete with poor whites? Will that be affected by anti-dei hiring initiatives and if so what can be done about it?

All low income people compete for labor jobs and immigrants still out here too.
It's all around myth. Unemployment is at record lows and even gotten major raises the last few years post pandemic.
If anything, they hate seeing black folks with a white collar jobs, so they want blacks to go back to non compensated labor (slavery).

Unemployment numbers don't count gig economy under employment or people who've given up on looking.
Yes we will be competing with white people for these jobs. The problem is that white people are generally older and will demand more pay but they've elected a government that sees social benefits as "socialism" and will absolutely refuse to back up any sort of collective bargaining. In fact, they'll be actively working to destroy departments that protect worker rights.
So these aging white people with all sorts of health problems will find no subsidy for their medications, be expected to work long hours on their feet, and will have to ration out the medication and food they *can* afford.
If the doctors and nurses in hospitals coming from India, Africa, the carribean etc. Are told to go somewhere else, expect even longer wait times in hospitals and even more people showing up with heart attacks, strokes, work related injuries etc. Especially considering they want to gut OSHA even more.

Won't really matter in the long run because america is disadvantaged on a global level. Even if you can get every white person under 40 to work in manufacturing, that's still meaningless if Mexico, China, India and Nigeria collaborate on manufacturing. 34% of the world population is in India and China. They are producing more steel, more concrete, more products in general at a faster rate. They also have a growing middle class as do these other countries. Not only are they producing more material, they are producing more engineers, chemists, doctors, pharmacists, scientists etc. And focusing on improving THEIR automated systems. China is investing heavily in AI and robotics as well as green tech while America debates whether climate change even exists and continues to allow the cost of education to increase. They're producing scientists and we are producing morons.

What happens when you kick out all those people? That's right, you age your population. How the fukk is an aging, less educated, un healthy population supposed to compete on a global scale?
Automation? Okay, then what do you do with the unemployment *that* creates? Start killing anyone who is too old or sick to be productive? Okay, that's someone's grandfather, father, mother, cousin, uncle, etc. Good luck doing that shyt with the number of guns in American households. Those old cacs will have nothing to lose and will go out blasting.
This is the end result of whiteness. It's an illogical idea that is rooted in creating safe spaces and advantages for a group that is dying out because capitalism demands every penny you have.
And now those same white people have voted to destroy themselves in the hopes they'll take everyone they hate down with them. Black people survived hundreds of years of slavery. We will survive this. We are simply built different and God willing, we will get the kind of country we actually want from the ashes of the one created when slave holders revolted against the country moving to ban that horrible practice.
