Every Nets game I see, there's always a spattering of empty seats. Even during the playoffs last year. If I'm not mistaken BK itself is around the same size as Philadelphia/Houston

Do people there actually support the Nets or is it a Knicks dominated area?

While we're at it, do people there support the Islanders to? Leagues keep sending teams to Brooklyn yet it seems like them nikkas dont give a fukk :heh:

I thought Brooklyn Nets gear would fly off the shelves when they first moved to Brooklyn and I seen that color scheme. Too bad they can't get the boy Ben Simmons.

Brooklyn doesn't deserve a team. Not gentrified Brooklyn anyway. Most true Brooklynites can't afford to go to games. They thought that gentrified Brooklyn (transplants) would benefit the nets, but it's backfired. If this was early 2000s, or 90s BK? shyt would be lit. But you can't price out natives and still expect them to support.

Nets tickets are cheaper than Knicks Tickets

Any event at the Barclays is cheaper than MSG

The Nets are my adopted NY team, they're the only one out here that I had no hate for prior to moving to NYC. Oh, and I have never been to a Nets game :manny:
