yes but mostly crack has been replaced as street drug by meth and fentanyl in low income communities. It still holds in some places in San Diego, LA, San Francisco, and NYC, Atlanta, but for the most part has been replaced.

A lot of the generation from 2000 on doesn't have the skill or the desire to do something like whipping crack, much easier to pimp, way more money.

I was saying this the other day too. Actually hustling like ounce to ounce is like out of style now. The kids are quicker to just scam or rob you. Sell fake xanx and fake lean.
