They got rid of the indoor basketball court at the gym i go to put in a crossfit gym. fukken bullshyt pissed me the fukk off. To top it off one of the crossfit trainers is some douchebag who married one of my wife's cousins. Let's just say the marriage didn't last. He competed in some competitions and he's there big name trainer. To me he's the douchebag that got in to an argument at his own wedding. To top it all off the classes don't do numbers and the manager who put the stupid crossfit gym in doesn't even work there anymore. I'm a little pissed. I signed up at this gym because of the basketball courts. this thread just reassures that i will never do crossfit.
There was a video posted earlier this year on youtube of this crossfit coach who attempted a clean and snatch and ended up paralyzing himself on camera...
