I dont know about you but I use bleach and detergent when washing my wash rags

Used them when I was young and growing up. But not as an adult. Maybe because I'm more OCD about cleanliness now.

That freaks me out. Straight up washing yourself with bacteria.

So, should I buy a bunch of wash cloths and use them for every shower I take? What do I do with the used one when I'm done? Walk it to the washer every time?

That's why you only use a wash cloth once or twice but they never get wet if you hang it out on the towel rack after using. How are some of you guys living breh

Lotion makes you sweat? Do you hear yourself? Lotion.........makes you sweat? You put lotion on your skin, then in the areas where you applied the lotion you begin to sweat? This is what you're saying?



You're not using real lotion. If you use dollar general suave lotion all that is is just oil and a perfume. Real lotion isn't oily or greasy like you just slathered yourself in Vaseline. You'll know the lotion is dookie if your skin is just really shiny then 5 mins later your hands are dry again or if your all greasy and glistening like Jermaine jackson

I have to use my hands to spread lotion anywhere and I have palmar hyperhidrosis. So yes, no matter where I'm spreading, my hands are going to start sweating straight away and from there it's only going to be a few minutes to spread to my armpits and feet since I have hyperhidrosis in those areas too.

I could get away with it only if someone else spread it on my body for me

You supposed to use your loofah, wash rag, exfoliating shower gloves for 1 shower then put them in the laundry.



You disgusting to keep reusing it and letting it sit damp and be dirty and collect bacteria.

Same way you not supposed to reuse the towels you dry off with.

You are supposed to use more than 1 cleansing apparatus per shower also: wash rag for face, exfoliating gloves or loofah for body and a different wash rag for your ass. Wash yourself and rinse at least 3 cycles. When you done you dry off. Moisturize and place everything you used to wash with and the towel you dried off with in the laundry.
