This is something I've observed from almost every black person I know. They'll do something really stupid w/o thinking what the aftermath might be. They'll purposely not pay off a bill or a ticket thinking nothing gon happen to them but when they have warrants or a late payment fee, or fukked up credit they blame it on the white man. They'll screw over a friend just to get ahead, not knowing ur friend might be the only person you really have at the end. They set-up someone up or rob someone not knowing, hey this person can come back and get me killed for this. That's the problem with black culture, people are all for themselves and people do not think of the long term affects of their actions.

Any conversation with you is purely academic since you have your mind made up but here goes: POOR people tend to behave as you describe. Black, white, or other. Since a higher percentage of blacks are poor, you are more likely to bump into poor black people. Every other black person is poor (or maybe every third) while only one of every ten whites are poor. Poor black people live in the heart of the city while poor whites (when they are concentrated) live far away from the center of town.

Black people have become synonymous with poor people - which is problematic - but the non poor blacks are perfectly "normal". No one reports on people paying their mortgage on time or showing up for work so it's easy to notice the ratchetness and ignore the normal behaviors.

impulsive, self damaging, consumedriven personalities are the product of western poverty ridden, drug trade infested communities, often devoid of real hope, aka lowlifes, and these come in all shades. you should be smart enough to understand that these communities a lot of people a born into are mainly a product of the system and neglect, and in the african american case, due to slavery and institutional racism for centuries. if one does not get born into a loving family, or has positive models from the inside or outside of the community, it is so easy to fall from grace
