I can believe in Aliens. I can even believe in Aliens visiting this planet and making contact. It's a rather large universe out there friend. And simply put our galaxy alone is huge. i still believe that there is a world wide conspiracy involving aircraft that release various substances in the atmosphere for a number of different reasons ranging from weather manipulation, communication and population control.
