People used to look at me crazy when I pointed out that everybody I met from Kentucky, had a disproportionately big head. Even when I was stationed at Campbell and would go to Walmart on the Ky side. A lot of them physically looked weird.

Also men having multiple children by multiple women in the same area will lead unwitting incest.

Could that explain issues with race in this country, so many of these folks are likely genetically mentally delayed so it's easier for them to fall into that line of thought. Most racist folks I've come across are ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC, so there's likely some correlation
