Hell, even if folks own the masters...it really don't make much of a difference if they are not getting paid for their work. Hell, I had seen the writing on the wall when The Boss sold his work. Its getting ugly and to the point where we as people don't own shyt but our souls. And big brother slowly getting dibs on the shyt.

Own your masters and publishing, then if you have some success you put your music and get paid as the owner for allowing your music on the streaming platforms instead of as a artist getting money on streams.

People just have to be smart and business minded.

It'll be removed by the label, just as the Drake AI tracks were removed. But when I see stuff like this it feels more like certain people nudging at the walls to check where the defenses are and aren't. I think 2024 is going to be a real wild year when it comes to this type of stuff, and labels will also start feeling comfortable rolling out official AI remakes for music catalogs they own.

And this why my friends, I'm starting to side eye music streaming services. Its getting to a point where 0's and 1's are putting out Master P numbers of album drops without a bit of quality control. Hell, I'm still tripping about that video of this Jazz musician, seeing that the "jazz playlist" was filled with bots.

Straight up gross industry.

That's why I don't F with them playlist. I listen to my own listened that's it.

Does anyone know how an AI track is created?
Is it easy and little time?

If not a tonne of work and a team made this.

The first joint is now stuck in my head.

This could have brainwash potential like yeah I like my favorite artist when he first dropped but I like the AI work better because the algorithms got to me.

My thoughts - but this project was managed better than living artists trying to drop albums.

According to the dude who made the Drake/Weeknd AI song, they wrote, produced and performed the song, but used an AI tool to manipulate the voice to make it sound like Aubrey/Abel.

I imagine that that’s what happened here.
