The juxtaposition of these two needs to stop. As they weren't similar whatsoever. And the idiot posthumous Pac fans are mostly folks who were like 10 when he died. Folks like myself who was 18 when Pac died simply moved on. There were plenty of other and more popular rappers in the short 3-4 yr span of 2pacs rise and short reign at the top. Get over it
I see a lot of similarities between the two personally.
Both were known for emphasizing passion, emotion, and a poetic quality to their bars over purely technical rapping ability.
Both walked the line between being super gangster and highly vulnerable and introspective in a way that made them more authentic and relatable to their listeners.
Both had instantly recognizable voices, delivery, and mic presence
Both explored themes related to the balance between good and evil, God and the devil, positivity and negativity
Both had the rap game in a headlock within a few years of each other
Both had successful acting careers and starred in movies that are considered classics in the culture
