so this compilation of drinks champs where Nore asks the guest to pick between things (Could be people, record labels or anything) and if they can’t choose they take a shot. Nore has been hitting guest with the Tupac or DMX. The video ends in a tie 18 for Pac, 18 for X, and 15 took a shot.

some noticeable choices were irv gottI (who knew X) choosing pac, ice t (who knew pac) choosing X. Snoop Dogg who knew both and actually knew X longer took a shot.

I thought this video was interesting because I go to the comments and literally every comment I’ve read are all riding Pac. i didn’t bother to read all 870 comments but I probably read at least 80 and all 80 are in favor of Tupac. There are even some posts that get disrespectful with it. There are posts calling Snoop Dogg a hater because he chose both…. As if he didn’t know both men. And people talking shyt about anyone who didn’t choose Tupac. Warren g disloyal to the west for taking a shot, “ice t has always hated Tupac” bunch of weird shyt like that.

I say that to say this… why are Tupac fans so angry that someone would pic another rapper over their favorite? X is the GOAT to me… irv gotti choosing pac was a surprise but Im not tripping over it.

Its not about someone picking X over Pac. Its the fact that Nore have always thrown slick shots at Pac since the beginning of Drink Champs. Him adding that Pac vs X question after X's death has always been funny to me. Most people want to be respectful so they will likely take a shot. Thats how i see it. I dont have an issue if someone chooses X because the question is about how you feel who's better which is an opinion based question requiring an opinion based answer. I think Nore added that to quick time to be shady. I like Nore but dude is real shady with alot of people and not just Pac.

I've seen that video yesterday and the "funny part" is during Timbaland and Swizz. Timbaland was choosing Pac but then swizz said "dog 4 life" and timbaland changed to X Swizz reaction during that is funny too, because after that choke he said again "dog 4 life" like to remember timbaland for the next time he faces this question, to be sure of his answer.

Yea Pac does have some delusional fans but thats every superstar in history (ex Lebron & Jordan, Nas and Jay-Z, MJ Prince etc). I get why certain people would choose X over Pac because X did touch alot of people, especially with the fact he was so relatable to alot of people by being so open with his own personal issues. Also he was a dope ass artist with a hell of a peak. Plus we all rooted for him over the years and he died when it seem like he was on the comeback and beat his demons. Nore has thrown alot of slick shade towards Pac over the years so i can see how alot of fans look at the question Pac vs X as a slick way of putting Pac down. I feel that way as well.

Sorry that was an incomplete thought. Nore is a grimey Queens dude so he naturally has a cruddy demeanor. So I dont personally think he's throwing slick shots at pac persay. Like you said Nore says alot of slick shyt in general. And also Both times X was on Drink Champs Nore asked him about Pac. The first time was what did he think about being compared to him. I dont think Nore was shady in adding this comparison to quick time or slime. People do compare the two... although I'll never know why.

The juxtaposition of these two needs to stop. As they weren't similar whatsoever. And the idiot posthumous Pac fans are mostly folks who were like 10 when he died. Folks like myself who was 18 when Pac died simply moved on. There were plenty of other and more popular rappers in the short 3-4 yr span of 2pacs rise and short reign at the top. Get over it

I'm not sure if its hate or jealously because it's a very thin line but it's very apparent how much of a distain he has for 2pac. The "good stuff" he says about him comes off as contrived because he will say 10 negative things in the same breath. Just another old ass hater, he was even in a Hidden Colors movie hatin' on Pac.

And Nore is literally an illiterate bytch and I may be in the minority but drink champs and the whole concept behind it was always horrible for me since day one because Nore and his team are not good interviewers at all and there is no way he would've did a 2pac/DMX thing if X had not passed, so fukk him for that too.

In some ways, musically, X and Ja Rule are Tupac's children. Not sure if thats on purpose or coincidence but the way they rap and the energy in a way that isnt technical rapping or a bunch of punchlines but just real emotions and poetry. Thats why people would compare them.

I dont think in this case Nore is trying to be funny and diss Pac at all. Its a legit question.
