You've ignored one of the most important factors when it comes to determining how much money someone has, money managment. Yes someone could be x100 the star of another individual but if he's blowing his money fast that smaller star could actually have more money than them. Also, you don't know what investments people are making. Alot of artists own stores/restaurants/businesses outside of their immediate careers etc so you can't turn your nose up at some predictions because you don't know what slices of the pie artists have dipped in.
Saying all this though, that list is pure
