Never seen Lady Snowblood, I'll check it out sometime.

Cowboy Bebop deals with a syndicate of assassin's who utilize lots of martial arts and gunplay, the villain Vicious reminds me of Bill somewhat and the visual imagery is comparable at times.

I'd say the eclectic music choices are similar to a degree. I wouldn't call it plagiarism though.
It's not unreasonable to think so

Tarantino's style is more rooted in the volume approach than just ripping shyt off

Every artist rips shyt off but where they fukk up is they chose one specific thing they grew up on or admire to rip off. Tarantino does the same thing, but his reference base is enormous.

So while most directors are making one movie based on another, Tarantino is making one movie based on 30. That's why all of his movies are filled with references to multiple movies. It's the same thing Kanye West does with music

Also Lady Snowblood's title theme is the same music that plays when Oren Ishii dies

I just watched it again and this scene had me dying all over again:

“more like nikkales!” :dead:

Tarintino may be a hack but Damn he always gets the dialogue right.
